01Who MNS Modulaz is
Who is MNS Modulaz? Two companies, one name, one office.
MNS Modulaz is a halal consultancy and training company with its office at Pusat Perniagaan Adenium in Bukit Beruntung, Rawang, in the Malaysian state of Selangor. Two separately registered companies share the name, and the title block above gives both with their numbers: the company on JAKIM's strategic-partner list, registered in 2024, and its sister company, founded in 2011. The name therefore dates from 2011.
In the company's own words, MNS Modulaz provides “a wide range of coaching and training services, with a focus on Halal and Safety & Health”, and “assessment, assistance, and after-sales services”. Its training list today names food safety (MeSTI, GMP, HACCP) and ISO 9001 alongside halal, and its halal work is preparation for JAKIM halal certification: see MNS Modulaz's services. The company on JAKIM's list is also the company behind Get Halal Malaysia, a separate website at gethalalmalaysia.com.

What does MNS Modulaz do? It prepares; the company applies; the authority decides.
MNS Modulaz works before the application. It runs a gap analysis against JAKIM's requirements, works with the business on the documents, SOPs and internal halal control system the audit checks, and trains the team. The company then applies itself, under its own account on MYeHALAL, JAKIM's online system, and the competent authority, JAKIM or a state Islamic religious council or department (MAIN/JAIN), handles the application, audits the premises and puts the result to the Malaysian Halal Certification Panel.
JAKIM's manual says the authority deals with the applicant directly, not through consultants, so MNS Modulaz never stands between the two. The steps for food and drink products, with every deadline: the certification process.

MNS Modulaz Sdn. Bhd. is entry 18 on JAKIM's Rakan Strategik MIHA list (RSMIHA-2026-025, valid 1 June 2026 – 31 May 2029). The list, dated 18 June 2026, has 39 strategic partners. Each entry gives the partner's contact details, its certificate number and validity, and the people JAKIM names as its Fasilitator Halal (halal facilitators); for MNS Modulaz these are three of the leadership team below. The list does not describe the role in its text. The earlier certificate, RSMIHA-2024-025, ran from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2026.

04Overseas companies
What can MNS Modulaz do for an overseas company? Two programmes, and training abroad.
MNS Modulaz works with overseas companies on JAKIM's two halal programmes for a factory outside Malaysia: certification by a Foreign Halal Certification Body (FHCB) that JAKIM recognises, and the Halal International Program, in which a company in Malaysia applies and JAKIM audits the factory itself. It also trains and advises halal certification bodies abroad.

Who leads MNS Modulaz? Meet the leadership team.
Five people make up MNS Modulaz's leadership team, with the roles the company gives them. Three of them, Humaira Kamaruddin, Habibah Azhar and Syafiq Sufakhi, are the Fasilitator Halal named on the company's JAKIM entry, and each of their cards gives the name as JAKIM prints it.
