Premises
Have physical premises and not home based.
SSM License
Make sure your SSM is active.
Business License
Make sure that your business license is valid.
Employees
A minimum of two local Muslim employees are required.

The MALAYSIA INTERNATIONAL HALAL ACADEMY (MIHA) is an initiative under the MALAYSIA HALAL COUNCIL (MHM) aimed at strengthening the HALAL MALAYSIA ecosystem, particularly the HALAL CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT (PKH) program, and enhancing the potential of HALAL HUMAN CAPITAL to remain relevant in the current scenario
MIHA is placed under the Secretariat of the Malaysia Halal Council, JAKIM, and is fully responsible for conducting halal training in collaboration with Strategic Partners (RS) through Smart Partnership methods to implement the Halal Capacity Development (PKH) program through Training & Coaching (T&C) both domestically and internationally, aiming to produce more halal professionals
